The worst service ever. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
I was looking for a hosting provider in order to move our clients to a most affordable solution. We came across this "company" took a look at their pr
...ices and decided to move there... WE REALLY REGRET IT!
Service goes down every single month. When you open a support ticket, no one answers. It could take forever to get a reply from a guy who does not know what he is doing. We lost 60% of our customers while staying there.
Cancelling the service is a nightmare. They will not do it and your main domain will take forever to resolve to a new DNS because they refuse to delete your account and SOA records will keep pointing at their server.
Really, what you are going to "save" it will become your most expensive single bad decision ever made. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF IRRESPONSIBLE beings.
No phone service, only chat for sales and they hide. They give you the same canned response. Opening a ticket is a pain the the ***. They might respond whenever they feel like it.
I hope you are reading this BEFORE shooting yourself in the foot with these 1di0ts.
