ry year there's some issue with hosting turning off for some reason but never ever was so bad as this year.
This year they forced us to new server and gave 7 days to migrate (missed their one email month earlier)- ofc there was no time to migrate and had to opt out of root access for them to migrate...
They didn't migrate properly and 1/2 of sites are down...when I told them they should fix it - I can't because I have no root access they ignore me and my ticket....so my servers are still down after 2 weeks...I keep writing messages no one is doing anything.
If you want hosting that may go down for weeks then go for it...if you need reliability and good support STAY AWAY, they will screw you and your business.
