All I wanted is
... to ask my domain EPP code ( obviously they have access to WHMcS ) and their support system basically can't help you with anything. Force me to pay unreasonable amount for just for asking EPP code.
This is my first company when I'm beginning to build my first website and I didn't know much about hosting company back then. But now, since I got my own instance on AWS and Google Cloud. I realize how terrible this company is. Holding your domain and ransoming it with price 30x times from the initial price.
THIS IS NOT A COMPANY YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH! IT'S A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!!
