our credit card on renewal even after you specifically tell them to turn off the auto-renew! Then they will not give you back your money, oh but they will give you a credit. Like literally find someone else, they are terrible! They steal your money and provide no help!!

ON BEFORE THE PURCHASE! It has been 4 days, yet no answer from the customer service. I suggest you to waste your money on something more valuable if you are insist of paying for a domain website.
