Wordplus.host has been completely unresponsive potentially counting an entire month off me; to the point of me deciding to handoff all my credentials
... for complete web migration elsewhere.
None of my tickets were answered nor responded. I have left a review expressing concern elsewhere; in the hope someone can respond; but so far nobody, either public nor wordplus made a response.
This is beyond concerning; considering that they (Wordplus) are billing me an overdue notice RIGHT AFTER the migration complete and as soon as I requested disconnection of service. This is quite inexcusable considering all my support tickets, probing notices (repeatedly) are kept somehow ignored. Zilch. zero response.
Namecheap is unable to provide help on the accounting(s), as they don't automatically cancel providers inbetween migration. Although now I am stuck with two (2) hosting providers which I cannot disconnect off one (despite my legal request already elapsed days ago; as I am writing this).
Buyer beware. Stick to large names, if you can even though yes they are not without their own problems. Good luck!
