I've been an IMH customer for 10 years and been generally satisfied with their service. But over the last six months, I have been getting increasing amounts of email rejected by yahoo, aol, mac, outlook, and others because I... 더 많이 보기 MH's shared email servers have been registered in various spam databases, including SpanHaus.
Over these last six months I have filed numerous tickets with support, seeking a solution. Support, each time I file a ticket, "rotates" the email server IP address. Things work fine for a couple of weeks, then the new IP address ends up in a spam database and I start getting rejected emails again. This last time, it was only two days after I filed the ticket that I started getting rejections.
IMH support has been no help. Their "solutions" are:
1) Keep filing tickets each time I get a kick back and they will rotate IP addresses.
2) Upgrade to a VPS package at $140 more per year and with resources I don't need.
3) Move my email to Google Gsuite.
What they haven't been able to do is tell me why they cannot get their email servers out of spam databases. I can only guess that this is because they are hosting spammers and not doing a good enough job of blocking them. Doesn't matter, I need a new ISP. 더 적게 보기
