r. I bought the Pro plan for three years. It has been 4 months, and I believe that it has been one of the best decisions in my SEO life to find this company. They solve the problems in five or seven minutes. Each of my problems is clearly understood, and their help desk is online almost 24 hours a day. What else can I want? I am hosting two websites at Chemicloud, and I want to add one more in the future.

for them to suspend all my servers without notice. I contacted their online chat and the online support asked me to open a ticket which i did and the next thing i realised after opening a ticket was my account was deleted as well as the 97$ i deposited on my account.
My only offence was that one of the server sent out mails which was totaly false because i only host website on those servers and each of those servers i limited to 50 emails per hour using WHM by cpanel.
I must confess this guys are bunch of rippers and only after taking your money without offering you any services.
Please everyone stay away from them. their services is nothing but ripping and only after your payment after which they delete your account and sell to another person only last 1 day.

I have used many hosting services including aws, godaddy, BlueHost, hostgator, Contabo, OVS, etc for different clients in my entire professional career but chemcloud is very opportunist.
also, their technical staff is so much incompetent that often they refuse to install some packages or install them in a way that is not useful and generates issues.
Personally, I would not recommend it to any of my clients.
