as empty. I had a local backup and moved it to a new host in mid February. I tried to cancel Site 5 by unchecking the autorenewal option on the credit card. My next 3 year term starts on March 18. On March 1, I noticed they had charged my account for the renewal despite it not being set for auto renew. I told them to reverse the charge but they said they couldn't since it was an autorenewal account. (which it wasn't) - They then deleted all support tickets that showed that I had told them not to renew the site, and reverse the charge ASAP. I'm currently disputing this charge but apparently I'm not the only one that they are trying to scam. Do yourself a favor and get out before it deteriorates any further, and make sure you have a local backup!

One DMCA complaint and they'll ban your entire account no matter how many domains are hosted on it.
