I paid for the domain but they just said to me you didn't make the payment which I send the all the proof including (transaction details) from bitcoin which was successfully but they still didn't care.

Don't waste your time and your money there.

Worst hosting site in Africa. Poor in customer service, lack manners and rude. Never think of webhosting when you need a host. They don't care of your business, those guys are scammers.

Worst webhosting company I have ever seen.

Having paid for annual hosting on Web4Africa, it has taken several hours for activation. This has really gotten me frustrated in the face of my client who needs his site ready this morning for an event this afternoon.

While getting the Mecury plan, I included a domain name, unchecked the whois and checked out.
2 days later my domain name disappeared and am left with a hosting plan. When other platform give 1y free domain name with a hosting plan, I payed $15 for hosting and $12 for domain name! who does that?
However their customer service and life chat is effective apart from weekend.

One of the biggest problem Web4africa has is poor customer service. They claim they have a livechat . Livechat that they take days to respond ? My client decided to host with Web4africa but i refused and he insisted now the site is down totally . And i have been emailing them no response.

Web4africa need to go back to the drawing board and put their ass together. I got a domain through web4africa to be hosted elsewhere till date nothing... web4africa the worst ever!!!
