I've been with The Onion Host, for almost a year and they suspended my account out of the blue.

The team then only gave me a "few hours" to remedy something I had no idea I was out of compliance with.

They literally brought my entire web hosting side hustle to the ground. This is probably the worst experience I've ever had as a customer with any company.

There was no forewarning that I was approaching a resource limit... my account was suspended without notice, with only a "few hours" to remedy.

Then when I post this review regarding my experience... they retaliate against me by permanently banning my account.

Very unprofessional team at The Onion Host.
