I've been using their strongbolt hosting to host 3 of my website (2 in luxembourg and 1 in holland) for the past few years. I would say that the overall service frm them is great for me. One thing I really love about them is the 24/7 support. I've been dealing with the team especially Jaryl from customer care/sales and Henry from tech support, I don't actually know whether Jaryl is from sales or customer care, but if I have issues/inquiries, I will sent him an email and he will get it done for me! Last but not least, issues are fixed promptly. Recommended hosting provider, good price (sometimes they have great promos) friendly and helpful 24/7 support.

Contacted shinjiru.com today through live chat. Customer care & support team are well-trained and efficient. I need an upgrade to a higher spec server, took me 10 minutes for their sales personnel to contact me and given me a detailed brief about the transfer, also quoting me good price for the upgrade...sometimes, they might have some minor issues with the network, but which provider don't!! Overall, my experience with Shinjiru is great, no big issues with them for 2 years..at least i always get real time support and not automated response "from other providers". I would give Veronika n HUgo a thumbs up for their good service and prompt response. Btw, Veronika knows how to speak russian...Good Job! хорошая работа!
I been using the Strongbolt Hosting for 6 months and during that time, their support is top notch notifying us of any possible website issue via report. Recommended to Shinjiru by a partner and no regret. We can switch the hosting anytime to another country which we did so one time and it is a quick easy switch. Thank you, Shinjiru!
I nothing to say more what is showing in title!! I use this company for 3 of my website and I get my website down 4 times a months!!! The have server issue all time and sometime for more then 4 days my website went offline!!! The doing maintenance and my whole website get deleted so they simply re-uploaded a old backup and database which was 1 months old and they told me that it was not their fault because I not do a backup myself!!! After messing up with their maintenance it's my fault LOL this company is a real jock and from far the worst hosting company I used this last 10 year i am in business!!! Avoid this company like pest!!!!
I have written a direct email to you apologising for the bad experience you are facing and also highlighted that the server in Russia corrupted to bad hard drives provided by our Russian counterparts. The server was brand new and we too are speechless when after 1 week into operation, 3 of 4 hard drives having issues. The recovery took a long time due to the reason we depend on the Russian engineer to fix and recover the hard drives. However, after a long period we decided that things cant wait anymore thus we moved your site to another server. Unfortunately, the latest backup was corrupted too hence we only have 30 days old data backup in another server. Here also we admit that one of our support said something terrible wrong because we cannot blame customers for not having a backup. We should always tried our best to do whatever we can. We have claimed 1 month compensation from our Russian provider and too shall compensate you the same. We hope you will accept our apology and compensation. Thank you.
