I was with them for four years - why i left : 1. The support has deteriorated big time. Phone support got taken away this year. The chat support is very bad , and outright rude to me. Any problem they just restart apache!!! It's annoying. 2. 30 days cancellation policy that they don't tell you about until you leave !!!!!! why ???? 3. My new server (with liquidweb) compared to my old server at servint, runs so much faster. Servint did not set up the server correctly ... and i was paying 500 dollars a month for a dedicated one. Just glad to be away from them and would never recommend them to anyone. I"m also sick of all the fake reviews online from servint employees. The company lack integrity to the highest degree.
