Complete disaster since 2016. The support is almost non-existent if you dont pay the extra $100/month.
I have servers at multiple hosting companies, and none of them give me as much headaches as servint.

Support is good when they finally get to you. My VPS server has been off line twice in a week so I have no email nor do my clients when this happens. No explanation from Servint and slow response to do anything. I am losing credibility with my clients. Servint used to be the best. Now it is going down hill.

I have been with Servint for 5 years at least with two vps. Their technical support was top notch, but not any longer. It is down right terrible, if you can get any at all. Stay away from this company.

Something changed over there about 6 mo. ago...corporate thing, I don't know. They used to have cracker jack techs and service, now I think support is outsourced or something. The lag time between a problem and a solution became unacceptable. Last thing I wanted is to move to a new server. I'm just writing this review so other people won't waste their time if they need "quick" support. If you can do it all yourself, whm settings etc then I think that is what they are after now. I went over to Wiredtree and have been happy.

I've been on servint for almost 7 years...their tech support was top notch, but then in the last year they changed everything. Their tech support is miserable now and so are their response times. All they do is try to push you to a higher level plan. I am actively looking for a new host and would not really recommend them anymore.

Servint used to be great, but everything changed. It is hard to get hold of customer support. You have to open a ticket and you will never talk to a live person in their billing or customer service department. If you missed a payment, for example; if you change your card number without updating new info etc, they will shut you off immediately without email or phone communication. They don't have any payment arrangements. If you're traveling, and have an emergency, and your service if off, you are screwed. They have extra fees to turn service back on. The billing department is extemely rude!! Your information is not safe because the technical support is in India. I will NEVER recommended them.

Every 5 star review on here is 100% FAKE! Servint's support is awful the response time is terrible and their willingness to help even less. You will need to use support a lot since the servers go down frequently. If you rely on your server to make you MONEY go else where.
