I am disappointed that you did not find our service to your satisfaction, but I feel I must clarify a couple of points you make in your "review".
Firstly, as far as I am aware, you are not one of our approved resellers as you claim to be in your review.
Secondly, the domain you expressed interest in was in fact classed as "Premium" by the dotFIT Registry, hence the difference between the initial fee quoted and the revised fee once we had contacted the registry. This was explained to you via email, but as you chose to give an incomplete telephone number on your enquiry form, we were unable to speak with you directly to discuss the matter.
I also notice that you have used other aliases to post similar reviews on other sites rather than contact us to to give us the opportunity to assist you. I would be happy to help you if you wish to discuss the matter further?
