Account creation is not fast and they do not offer phone support. When you have a problem its quite slow to have to go to the open ticket and wait and wait and hoping someone is reviewing your ticket at this time. Also when you buy the hosting your control panel says pending even if you paid, not estimated time for when the account will be setup. In other hostings its right away. Even the email confirmation doesn't tell you an estimated time. You are in the dark waiting.
