Very good support and very bad Automated Backup service
For two times within less than a month automated backups didn't show up in the list, neither via web interface nor via API. This is a very serious issue, given that we are talking about backup. How can one be not worried? That said, I also would like to state that the support is very good, patient and friendly, and both times they try hard to solve the issue. Support 10/10 - automated backup service 3/10
I have used for more than 2 years the dedicated server and am very satisfied with it: in my opinion, one of the best package in terms of price vs performances.
When something happens in a complex project, sometimes you simply have to exclude options and to focus on a narrow spectrum of possible causes. In order to do that you need a support like OVH. We got a support well beyod the normal expectations, helping us to solve our issue quickly. And such an issue was not not related to OVH services even if they were affected by such an issue.
