Ужасно. Могут спокойно удалить/перезагрузить сервер без предупреждения и без возможности восстановления. Также явный оверселл - при 2-х CPU core от силы будет один.
Есть проблемы с сетью. Поддержка может отвечать до 48 часов.
В случае, если сервер нужен только как балансировщик/временное хранилище/тестовый - можно брать. Иначе можно потерять данные.
