I had some audio file and they removed it without telling me and I didn't have backups. I emailed them and this was the respond: "According to our regulations, the shared hosting can not be used for media or image sharing or storage disk. We found that you uploaded a large number of MP3 to store on the server, which is against the rules." I created a ticket and they have answered after 34 hours. The admin colsole was down three time in the last two months. I have paid for three years and will go to find a different one.
I have used Host4ASP.NET for half a year to host my nopCommerce store site. I am very satisfied with what I've received from them. Their support representatives are quite friendly and can give me instant response even I contact them very late. Thanks Host4ASP.NET! You guys rock!
I don't have to write another bad review on this atrocious company. You can find literally hundreds of bad reviews. I chose to ignore the bad reviews to my own detriment. Can't see how this website rates them as decent!
The "support" is not such, just ignorant guys telling whatever, if there is an issue with the server settings literally there is nobody to fix it. They answer the tickets with something like "yea yea", and for some reason they never look open, just answered, I have no idea how I am going to get rid of them, if I will get the money back or not.
I stupidly pre-paid for a year of service. By the end of the first day, I asked for a full refund, but they insisted that it would all get better. I decided to give them a 2nd chance. By day 4, all 12 of my client sites dropped and were down for 48 hours. Their support is crap. I switched providers in the middle of that chaos, and started the refund process. To this day, they have never paid me. I have requested my money dozens of times. DON'T USE THEM.
If you payed by PayPal, open a case over there. I did the same last week after waiting more than a month requesting a refund. Just received my full payment from PayPal, I guess they know they are an unworthy company.
