Been using Frikkadel Hosting for a while now and it is awesome. Great reliable service. My sites are fast and never have any downtime. And their support is very fast and efficient.
The worst service ever. This is how they treat new customers, sign up or rather let me say transfered from another service provider. First week I was transferred to Frikkadel I had no access to my emails and website was down. No response or mails from them. Eventually they responded and sent me my new password and username changed my details without telling me. Then 2 days later again my account suspended for not paying R105,95 the amount of business I lost is unprecidented, They say their system is automated. I paid the invoice but still not access to my emails. I am moving my business to another service provider. Frikkadel has no customer care manners.
Got suspended in 1st 3 days whilst in signing up process, git suspended again the before 2nd month was over. Plaster site suspended all over my home page. Paid them every time, they say it automated if I don't like it I can go elsewhere.
They love suspending their customeres websites even after they been paid, What a terrible way to treat customers.
My emails have not been downloading for three days now. I've submitted numerous support tickets but has up till now not received any support from them whatsoever.
There is no customer support other than email since this is a virtual company and you cannot contact them via a telephone call if you are stuck.
I have never had such bad support from any service provider ever.
