Terrible waiting time ranging across tech support to billing I am on plan Linux Web Hosting - EBiz Lite v7 - Linux (The plan does not exist now), been with Exabytes since 2014. The deterioration of Exabytes is appalling. They used to be able to settle technical issues within an hour or less. Today we encountered an issue and restore from backup took more than 16 hours to complete. If your business is ready for outage of 16 hours on technical issues, please go with Exabytes! Internally you get thrown around like a ball, where they create new tickets on same issues just to pass to another department. I am on the way out now, seeking a refund to purchases and it's been 17 hours with little progress. Exabytes really used to be good, otherwise we would not have stayed for 8 years, now it's just cheap.
