Great product with weird staffs and account managers

We tried their dedicated servers for around 2 weeks. They are cheaper and have a bandwidth close to 2gbps(promised 3gbps, still good)
But we faced multiple issues from their support/sales. They throttled the bandwidth of our live servers claiming we crossed the bandwidth limit(their website say they will charge extra for additional bandwidth which is normal, but throttling live server without any notice is unheard. )
We got a DMCA notice and server is down after one hour(that is reponse time given to take action is one hour).
I think CherryServers can do great if they hire people with industry experience. Their engineering and pricing is already good. Untill that never use them in production.

Very bad customer support

I had a server running a folding service, this generates at most 3 connections requests per minute. According to them this was a ddos, running a unmodded pre made folding@home client.... and my server was suspended without a refund

Best company

this company is the best in its domain their support is really 24/24 and the servers they have are very good, the internet speed and connectivity is almost the best in the word, also the prices are better than any other company >

Ubuntu; XFCE; Virtualbox; XUbuntu

My experience with nested virtualization (virtualbox) with Azure and AWS was not so good.
So I was looking for an alternative to use virtualbox online, and this service works well.
Maybe I have yet set something else about the GPU and resolution, but in general it do the job,

Detailed description of my experience.
1. I have installed Ubuntu 18 64bit without any GUI.
2. Later, via ssh, I have installed the XFCE GUI and tightvnc server.
3. Later I have connected to my Bare Metal Cherry Server (BMCS) via VNC too.
So I have used ssh and vnc.
About VNC I have used remmina client (with vnc plugin)

4. At this point, I have installed the classical Virtualbox5 via ssh.
Inside Virtualbox5 I have created a virtual machine with 6 CPU and 16GB RAM, and I have installed Xubuntu 64bit.

I spent 4-5 hours. And almost everything works well. It was enough easy.
Technical support reply enough quickly about easy problem/question.

If you are interested in nested virtualization (virtualbox_online) with cheap price, say 0.7 cent/hour, I think Bare Metal Cherry Server is a good choice, especially for linux oriented users.

two week test

About a month ago I tried CherryServers. The app I was testing is was a GPU heavy app, so I tried one of their GPU servers. From my testing I was very happy. The highlight was their great support. Overall, very happy.

Worst company ever

I do not know how Craig reited this company at 9 points, it is a dissaster!

Unstable network, dropping packets or disconnects almost every day.
Technical team answering very quick, but some of them knowledge very poor and they can do simple L1 works only.
Servers are tower based, not a rack mounted!
Servers are OVERPRICED! Follow the configuration and support I got, there are much better options in the market.

Sales pushing to pay upfront. If you want to try their services - PLEASE DON'T PAY LONGER THAN 1 MONTH! The advice may save lot's of money and nervous.
