I have purchased SSL and dedicated IP to the hosting package, however almost a month from purchasing the service, the SSL was STILL not properly configured, and delaying launch of my website. While the features and other stuff offered is decent and support response/ticket system being timely and convenient, I found the reliability of the support to leave much to be desired.

I can't praise CanSpace enough. Everything about the experience of working with them has been exceptional. I've worked with GoDaddy, NameCheap, Netfirms, HostUpon, HostPapa, iPage, and SiteGround... and CanSpace is head and shoulders above them all in every way. The service and support is amazing and fast. Tickets are answered promptly. Rates and fees are very reasonable, and the functionality has been flawless.

I am an avid gym goer and foodie and get asked about nutrition a lot, so I figured it may be cool to start a blog about that. CanSpace is the first company some friends recommended for hosting so I went for it. Happy with the service and I got my blog up fast.

Their customer service is exceptional, their plans are affordable, their fees are in Canadian dollars, their servers are in Canada, they offer a green-conscious service, and I am surely forgetting other elements...I could not ask for more and am very pleased to recommend their hosting and registrar services. I've wanted to get a blog and store up for a long time but the process has always been a little confusing to me. CanSpace walked me through everything though and now I'm online. Even sold a couple items locally!

I can't really find a qualm with CanSpace. Domains and hosting are priced right - and what's most important to me is taken care of... Support. There's can be a lot of technical problems to run into when starting your site (on any host) and they're always there to help me with stuff. Even if it's a WordPress question for example (they don't technically need to help here). So far so good.

Switched from another "Canadian" hosting provider (that I will not name, but they are one of the bigger ones) that bills in USD for some reason. I was getting killed on the currency conversion. I was with my previous host for over 8 years and had no issues, so making the switch was a tough call - but I'm glad I did. Now I'm paying half the price (and CanSpace bills in Canadian dollars), and my site works even better than before. Their support handled the migration and kept me updated along the way, and has been there every time I have needed them.
