Royally messed up the transfer of our domain, putting in the name of the domain provider we were moving from as the holder at the central domain registry. Several months have passed, numerous phone calls and we still have no website. Every time we think we are there, there is another hurdle to pass. They are woefully ill-equipped to deal with a company buying out another company and needing them to change administrative contacts etc. The whole process has been one of pain.

I was with this guys for nearly 10 years. Then one days they decided to transfer my site to some other servers. Then my website stopped working. I emailed their support but they would send 1 reply a day. It got to two weeks without the issue being resolved and then I just got so fed up I cancelled my hosting and went elsewhere. They were not even bothered! I advised them that due to this issue i will be closely my account and they didn't even say they'd fix it if I stayed or they even looked into it!
