Maybe it is because I applied for their free service BUT I only have 1 page and 2 emails so don't need much. My emails don't work and I sent tickets but now 4 days and no one replied. I try to register on their community forums but they say my email is not connected to an account although it is. I try using the contact us form but they say my email is registered so I should submit a ticket and I keep going round and round in circles. I don't really mind bad support because my page doesn't need any. But at least get my email to work. Hopeless case. Guess nothing worthwhile in life comes for free.
They DELETED my site also that I used daily without warning. They also will not reply back on any tickets on the issue. Total silence...no support. Avoid this host!!!!!!!
I just signed up for their basic hosting and have been very happy with it so far. They are very easy to work with, and will help you get your site set up fast. The site building tools they provide are easy to use and help you to get a page up right away. The prices are more than what most other services charge, but not by much. Overall, I would say this company is one of the best in the Netherlands.
When I first signed up with this company I couldn't figured out how to get my WordPress site up and running. It seemed too confusing. Their technical support helped me out quickly though, so overall I am happy with the service I have gotten.
